By accessing or using the Handprint Creative website at handprintcreative.co (the "Site") or any products or services offered by Handprint Creative, LLC ("Handprint Creative," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or products. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site.
Handprint Creative, LLC designs and publishes creative products, including iOS applications and physical goods such as planners. Our current products include the CreatureCup iOS app and The Strategist's Weekly Planner.
You may access and use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names, icons, images, and software — is the property of Handprint Creative, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
The "Handprint Creative" name and logo, "CreatureCup," and "The Strategist's Weekly Planner" are trademarks or trade names of Handprint Creative, LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or other brand features without our prior written consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us, you grant Handprint Creative a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and incorporate that feedback into our products and services without obligation to you.
CreatureCup is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms. Your purchase and use of the app are also governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The Strategist's Weekly Planner is sold through third-party platforms including Etsy and Amazon. Purchases made through those platforms are subject to the respective platform's terms and conditions. Handprint Creative is not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of those platforms.
We strive to ensure product descriptions and information on the Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Handprint Creative does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Linking to a third-party site does not constitute an endorsement.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HANDPRINT CREATIVE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HANDPRINT CREATIVE, LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS, EVEN IF HANDPRINT CREATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL HANDPRINT CREATIVE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HANDPRINT CREATIVE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Handprint Creative, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Handprint Creative, LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
